Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number if you give us one, your company details if you fill in a profile, and a record of what you searched, watched and unlocked. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we store the reference and the result, never your PIN.

Why we collect it

To run your account, to send the alerts you asked for, to take payment, and to decide which tenders to recommend to you. We do not sell personal data.

Messages you receive

Alert emails and deadline SMS are sent because you asked for them. Every alert can be paused or deleted from your account, and quiet hours apply to SMS.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019 you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to support@tenderboard.test and we will act within a reasonable period.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept while the account exists and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Search history is kept only while it is useful to you.
