Terms of service

1. Who this agreement is with

TenderBoard is operated by Buildal Limited. By creating an account or paying for access you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

We publish tender notices collected from procuring entities and public portals. We take care to publish them accurately, but the authoritative document is always the one issued by the buyer. Check the buyer’s own notice before you bid.

3. Your account

Access belongs to the account that paid for it. You may share it within your own organisation on the seats your plan includes. Reselling our content, or republishing it in bulk, is not permitted.

4. Payment

Prices are in Uganda shillings. Mobile money payments are approved on your handset; we never debit an account without that approval. A subscription is a paid period: when it ends we prompt you to renew, and access continues through the grace period stated on your billing page.

5. Unlocks

A tender you unlock stays available to your account, including any amendments we receive for it.

6. What we do not promise

We do not promise that a notice will still be open when you reach it, that a buyer will answer, or that you will win work. We are not a party to any procurement.

7. Suspension

We may suspend an account that scrapes the service, shares credentials outside the organisation, or attempts to bypass the paywall.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
