PDU (Procurement and Disposal Unit)

The unit inside a procuring entity that runs its buying: it issues the notice, sells or releases the bidding document, receives bids and publishes the award.

The contact on a notice is normally the head of the PDU. Questions about a notice go there, in writing, before the deadline for clarifications.
